Fantasy Football Tailgate: Week 11

Fantasy Football TailgateEven after 10 weeks of mind-boggling fantasy football action, there doesn't seem to be any escape from the frenzy. A hip flexor sidelines Cedric Benson. Steve Slaton gets his starting job back. Heck, even Chris Simms is launching passes downfield again.

We'll help you sort through the shakeups and answer your questions, starting at 10:30AM ET all the way until kickoff. Reminder: only ask your question once, as repeats do slow down how quickly we can empty the queue. We will get to every question. Welcome aboard the S.S. Tailgate!

Fantasy Football Waiver Chat Wrap

If you ever picked a week to be on top of your waiver game, it would be this one. The list of wounded players stretches almost as long as a TD pass against the Redskins: Ronnie Brown, Michael Turner, Cedric Benson, Julius Jones, Brian Westbrook, and on it goes. You probably won't be able to snag Brown's backup -- after all, Ricky Williams was a top-12 back heading into Week 10 -- but what should you do about the other situations?

Check out the chat wrap below to find out.

Fantasy Football Tailgate: Week 10

Fantasy Football TailgateIt's Sunday morning again, and we're about a half-day of football away from Brady-Manning XIII: This Time It's Personal! (Note: I've lost track of the count, but it definitely feels like we're in the teens there.) You're obviously starting all your early-round picks in that game, but you probably have questions with the rest of your lineup. Do you trust the Jaguars passing game in New York? What about the two Philly backs in San Diego?

Please join us at 10:30 AM ET, and stay with us through the opening kickoff. We're answering fantasy football questions, hopefully doing a little barbecuing, and enjoying some pleasant conversation, as always. We'll also each have an Obscure Player Long Touchdown of the Week, which has been hitting with surprising frequency for everyone but me. I think I have it this week, though!

Fantasy Football Chat Recap

Thursday is upon us, and for the first time since the first game of the season, we get the pleasure of Thursday Night Football. Of course, watching the blow-em-out Bears and no-wins-in-five-games 49ers, that may not be such a good thing.

Remember, you have to make up your mind regarding starting your Chicago and San Francisco players before tonight's game. Would you like a little advice? Stop by at 6 PM ET today, and we'll tackle all your Week 10 questions. I'll also give you my Thursday night prediction ... if you ask nicely.

Fantasy Football Waivers Chat Recap

Clinton Portis owners will be crossing their fingers in the hopes they can snag Ladell Betts off the wire. Owned in five percent of Fleaflicker leagues, Betts is likely handcuffed to Portis already in most leagues where he's unavailable. If you have an extra spot on your team with a droppable player you'd like to cut, Betts is a fine add, even if you don't have Portis. Remember, there's no such thing as "too much" RB depth.

Having trouble with your waiver selections for Week 10? Drop by at 6 PM ET and we'll go over the dos and don'ts this week. We'll also happily answer any other fantasy football questions you may have.

Fantasy Football Tailgate: Week 9

Fantasy Football TailgateAnquan Boldin, Calvin Johnson, Roddy White, Devin Hester, Antonio Bryant. All questionable, meaning a huge majority of our readership is likely pessimistically cursing his/her options at receiver this week. Luckily, most of those guys have 1:00 PM ET start times, so we'll know the proper course of action before the first kickoff of the day.

Come join us at 10:30 AM ET and stay through kickoff. We'll help you deal with those WR conundrums, plus answer any lineup, trade, or free-agent questions you may have. We'll also tackle anything else fantasy football related that's on your mind. We do answer all your questions, but it's essential to stay patient while we handle them, because multiple submissions of the same question just slows up the process for everyone.

Relax, kick back, and get ready for some fantasy football!

Fantasy Football Chat Recap

Favremania takes a back seat for the week, but that doesn't mean that we have nothing to talk about. What happened to the Jaguars? You'd think if a guy rushed for 170 yards on seven carries, he might be able to get more than one look in the fourth quarter. What happened to Kurt Warner, and would you be well-served picking up Matt Leinart with Arizona's cake playoff schedule looming?

On Thursday evening, we answered all your fantasy football questions -- everything from trade talk, lineup decisions, free agents calling to you for an add, or tweaking your roster for the playoffs.

Fantasy Football Waiver Chat Recap

Did you hear that breaking sound? That would be the roof over Ryan Moats. The Texan running back saved the day on Sunday, taking over for a guy that's dropped more balls than Hanon from Little Giants (yeah, Steve Slaton owners, I went there). The three-touchdown day from Moats will earn him the biggest portion of waiver wire love this week.

Who are you dropping? Who else is sitting on your wire, waiting to be scooped up? Check out the chat wrap below to see what we had to say about this week's hot pickups and valuable trade options.

Fantasy Football Tailgate: Week 8

Fantasy Football TailgateVince Young makes his return to the starting gig. Calvin Johnson's comeback doesn't look as promising (yep, he's officially out). Along with Megatron, there are also injury questions in the Eagles-Giants showdown, as both Brian Westbrook and Mario Manningham are questionable OUT. We'll be answering all your lineup questions and providing the latest updates, starting at 10:30AM ET. Join us after the jump (bring your green hat) and please remember to ask your question only once, since repeats do tend to slow down our response time. Go-go-gadget chat room!

Fantasy Football Chat Recap

On Sunday, November 1st, the Jacksonville Jaguars will compete against the Tennessee Titans, in the great state of Tennessee, in a game called football. Both clubs have had an extra week of rest and preparation for Sunday's match.

If you don't play fantasy football, there is literally nothing on the line in this game. Don't say improved draft position, as teams have squandered high draft picks hand over fist in recent years. It doesn't matter where you pick, it matters who's picking.

If you do play fantasy football, you might want to start a few of the gentlemen in this contest. Come by at 6 PM ET for our normal Thursday fantasy football chat, and we'll answer all the questions on your minds.
