• Peyton Manning, Colts - Manning was limited in practice on Thursday for the second straight day with a sore backside. The is no doubt that he'll be able to play on Sunday, say team officials.
• Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers - Roethlisberger has done everything this week in practice and passed all of the head tests associated with a concussion, even though the team says he did not suffer a concussion. He should be fine to play on Sunday. [Update: Roethlisberger has been ruled out for Sunday's game.]
• Kurt Warner, Cardinals - Warner participated fully on Thursday and should be able to play on Sunday after suffering a head injury in Week 11.
Running Back
• Julius Jones, Seahawks - Jones is slowly coming back from some internal injuries involving his ribs and lungs. He was limited in practice on Thursday and Jim Mora says that he'll start on Sunday if he's well enough.
• Reggie Bush, Saints - New Orleans did not practice on Thursday but the team says that Bush would have practiced on a limited basis if they had. He missed Week 11 with a knee injury and has an extra day to get back for Week 12 as they play on Monday night.
• Steven Jackson, Rams - Jackson missed practice on Thursday with a back injury but the Rams feel confident he'll be able to play on Sunday.

• Jerious Norwood, Falcons - Norwood practiced for the second straight day on Thursday and looks like he'll play on Sunday. He hasn't played since Week 6 due to a hip injury.
• Jonathan Stewart, Panthers - Stewart practiced fully on Thursday and his Achilles injury should not keep him from playing on Sunday.
• Michael Turner, Falcons - Turner has been a limited participant at practice this week and the decision on whether or not he'll play will be a game-time decision.
• Steve Slaton, Texans - Slaton was limited in practice with a neck injury but will play on Sunday say team officials.

• Bernard Berrian, Vikings - Berrian practiced on both Wednesday and Thursday, but did so on a limited basis with his hamstring injury. He's been able to play in previous weeks with this nagging injury, so it's safe to think he'll do the same on Sunday.
• Vincent Jackson, Chargers - Jackson returned to practice on Thursday and participated fully. He is expected to play on Sunday.
• Laveranues Coles, Bengals - Coles has been absent from practice all week with a chest injury and his prospects of playing on Sunday aren't great. There is still a chance, however.
