The grueling grind of the season is beginning to take its toll on a number of QBs, as several starters have suffered injuries and could potentially miss this week's game. I've tried to factor each injury into these rankings, but we'll likely need a few updates once we have a clearer picture on the health of Ben Roethlisberger and Kurt Warner for Sunday's games, and Kyle Orton and Matthew Stafford for Thursday's games (though I'm almost certain Stafford won't play).1. Aaron Rodgers, GB at DET
2. Brett Favre, MIN vs. CHI
3. Tom Brady, NE at NO
4. Kurt Warner, ARI at TEN
5. Matt Schaub, HOU vs. IND
6. Peyton Manning, IND at HOU
7. Philip Rivers, SD vs. KC
8. Drew Brees, NO vs. NE
9. Carson Palmer, CIN vs. CLE
10. Donovan McNabb, PHI vs. WAS
11. David Garrard, JAC at SF
12. Matt Hasselbeck, SEA at STL
13. Matt Ryan, ATL vs. TB
14. Jay Cutler, CHI at MIN
15. Eli Manning, NYG at DEN
16. Alex Smith, SF vs. JAC
17. Josh Freeman, TB at ATL
18. Vince Young, TEN vs. ARI
19. Tony Romo, DAL vs. OAK
20. Matt Cassel, KC at SD
21. Joe Flacco, BAL vs. PIT
22. Jason Campbell, WAS at PHI
23. Ryan Fitzpatrick, BUF vs. MIA
24. Bruce Gradkowski, OAK at DAL

• Matthew Stafford was expected to miss his Thanksgiving game, yet he somehow found a way to play (much to the chagrin of any fantasy owners that started him. Ben Roethlisberger was expected to play on Sunday, but now it appears he's been ruled out for a critical game against the Ravens. Get Big Ben out of your lineups immediately, and if you need a free-agent replacement, I suggest looking up Alex Smith, who has a very easy matchup this week.
• Kurt Warner is expected to play in his game against the Titans, which should be a great matchup for the grizzly veteran. I stick by his top-five rating this week.
• David Garrard should be in for another fine effort against the 49ers. San Francisco has struggled to find consistency in the secondary, and Garrard should exploit that by hooking up with favorite target Mike Sims-Walker time and time again in this game.
• Of the inexperienced and normally non-startable QBs in the league (which seems to make up about half of the NFL nowadays), I think Josh Freeman has the best chance at a standout game. I wouldn't go benching any of your QB1 for him, but those in two-QB leagues should feel pretty content using Freeman this week.
