Damage Control: No Broken Bones for Anquan Boldin

Anquan BoldinDid the injury bug hit your fantasy football team like it was a car windshield moving at 100 MPH? If so, it may be time to do some Damage Control.

Quarterback

Daunte Culpepper, Lions - Culpepper calls the injury a tweak, others call it a slight hamstring pull. Drew Stanton played the majority of the second half on Sunday and nobody knows who will be the Lions quarterback in Week 7.

Joe Flacco, Ravens - Flacco was noticeably limping on Sunday after his foot was trampled. He has a bye week this week -- rest will do him good.

Trent Edwards, Bills - Edwards took a blow to the head on Sunday. The Bills aren't using the word concussion until further tests have been completed.

Running Back

Sammy Morris, Patriots - There is still no word on Morris, who left Sunday's game with a knee injury. He was not able to put pressure on the left leg at all on Sunday.

Michael Bush, Raiders - Bush told reporters it was a blow to the head that caused his playing time to diminish on Sunday. We already have heard that Justin Fargas is moving ahead of Bush on the depth chart, so take this injury news with a grain of salt.

• Adrian Peterson, Vikings - Peterson tweaked his ankle on Sunday but Brad Childress says there is nothing to worry about. He'll start in Week 7.

LenDale White, Titans - White was carted off of the field but left the locker room on Sunday under his own power. His knee injury will be looked at further this week.

Matt Forte, Bears - Forte left the locker room on Sunday with his hand wrapped. The injury doesn't seem serious enough to keep Forte from playing in Week 7.

Fred Jackson, Bills - Jackson hobbled off of the field on Sunday with a leg injury. The severity of the injury is still unknown.

Wide Receiver

Donnie Avery, Rams - Avery is considered day-to-day with a bruised hip.

Anquan Boldin, Cardinals - Boldin had X-rays on his sprained ankle which revealed no broken bones. His status for Week 7 is questionable.

Mario Manningham, Giants - Manningham injured his back on Sunday but says that he will be fine for Week 7.

Percy Harvin, Vikings - Harvin seemed to hurt his shoulder on Sunday but Brad Childress said that there was no further damage to the receiver's previous injury.

Individual Defensive Player

Ron Bartell, Rams - Bartell left the game on Sunday with a mild concussion. He'll undergo tests on Tuesday to help set a timetable for return.

Nnamdi Asomugha, Raiders - Asomugha's right eye was scratched on Sunday and he'll wear a protective shield in Week 7. He'll be fine to play.

Antoine Winfield, Steelers - An MRI on Monday showed Winfield suffered a sprained right foot in the second quarter of Sunday's game. He's wearing a protective boot and has yet to be ruled out for Week 7, but it doesn't look good.

Brian Williams, Falcons - Williams tore his ACL on Sunday night and will miss the rest of the season.

Kris Jenkins, Jets - Jenkins tore his ACL on Sunday and will miss the rest of the season.

Pisa Tinoisamoa, Bears - Tinoisamoa suffered a significant MCL injury on Sunday night. His season is in jeopardy.
