Sunday Evening Wrap checks out players who increased or decreased their value during the Sunday afternoon games. We all know that every case is different, but value machine should generally be used by owners who enjoy making trades. If a player's stock is high, you shouldn't be trading for him. If a guy's stock is low, you should either trade for him or hold on to him. Obviously, every situation is unique, and that's why we'll discuss each guy.
Biggest
: Cadillac Williams. Didn't you hear? He's back ... and apparently better than ever. Caddy's knees have gone through hell and high water, and Sunday he showed the same burst we saw at Auburn. The Cowboys run defense isn't bad, but Williams sliced through it for 97 yards and a score on just 13 carries. Expect another good game next week when the Bucs face the Bills.Biggest
: Andre Johnson -- You had to spend an incredibly high pick on 'Dre this year, and he rewarded you with a steaming pile of crap Sunday. He snared just 4 catches for 35 yards. The entire Texans offense was a huge disappointment, but things don't get easier next week when they'll face a Titans defense that has had 10 days of rest. Be ready to buy low, though, because Johnson has far too much ability to not bounce back in a huge way by Week 3. Other movers
Felix Jones
-- While the Bucs defense was busy blowing coverages and making Tony Romo look like the second-coming of Dan Marino, Felix Jones was relegated to just 6 carries. They'll get him more involved against better competition. Michael Clayton
-- He seems to be favored by Byron Leftwich and had 5 catches for 93 yards. Kevin Smith
-- The touchdown doesn't change the fact that Smith gained just 20 yards on 15 carries against a subpar defense. And have you seen the stout run defenses on the Lions' schedule? Bears twice, Vikings twice, Steelers, Ravens, Redskins ... yeah, I'd be worried already, Smith owners. Mike Bell
-- It's sell-high time, my good buddy. Bell won't see 28 carries again, nor will he see a run defense as bad as Detroit's. Devery Henderson
-- We've seen this before. We've also seen Henderson follow up big games with goose-eggs. Sell high.
Jeremy Shockey
-- Actually, I'm holding Shockey. He appeared to be his old self. In that offense, he could emerge as an elite tight end. Let's see how he does against good competition, but, for now, I'd be pretty excited to own him. Reggie Wayne, Dallas Clark, Pierre Garcon, Austin Collie
-- Anthony Gonzalez is out at least two weeks, and possibly more. Matt Schaub
-- Maybe he's a slow-starter or the Jets defense is just awesome?Steve Slaton
-- I doubt you can get him, but he's a definite buy-low. Mark Sanchez
-- Pretty solid -- and surely confidence-building -- debut for the youngster. Remember, though, the Texans don't exactly have a stout defense. Thomas Jones
-- as Tom Herrera just said to me, "people need to stop hating on Thomas Jones." When is he not underrated? Maybe you can actually go against the grain here and buy high. Brett Favre
-- This is more a dip in perceived value. We didn't like Favre to be a special fantasy player this season, and Sunday afternoon, we saw why. The Vikings don't need him to fill the stat sheet in order to win. They can run all over teams and let their defense do the rest of the work. The 14 of 21, 110 yards, 1 TD line is a sign of things to come. Percy Harvin
-- We saw what he can do with just six touches, and he'll likely start getting more. Knowshon Moreno
-- Not a good debut for the heralded rookie but remember, he was still getting healthy and didn't have a full preseason. Jake Delhomme
-- His value was already pretty low, but it was evident Sunday the Panthers need a new quarterback. Delhomme was unwatchable. Steve Smith (Panthers-type)
-- Tough to showcase your talents with an abomination for a quarterback. Joe Flacco, Ray Rice, Mark Clayton, Todd Heap, Willis McGahee
-- Think the Ravens would enjoy playing the Swiss Chiefs every week? Just remember, you aren't finding many worse defenses.Larry Johnson
-- On the other hand, it's tough to fault someone for not being able to run on Baltimore. I like LJ as a buy-low right now. Michael Turner
-- Something just didn't seem right with the tempo of the Falcons' offense. That will change and he'll find running room. Ronnie Brown
-- The Falcons defense was bad last year, but maybe their changes made them stout? We don't know just yet, but we do know Brown only touched the ball 13 times. That's not enough for a supposed RB2. This is bad news. Julius Jones
-- We know the new-look Seahawks (in terms of coaching) will want to run the ball more. Unfortunately, they only face the hapless Rams twice.Clinton Portis
-- There's a big difference between the Giants defense and the next two he'll see (Rams, Lions). Try to pull off a fantasy felony and grab him from his already-disappointed owner. Tim Hightower

-- OK, so Hightower had 12 catches for 121 yards. With Steve Breaston out and Anquan Boldin limited, the Cards watched Larry Fitzgerald fight double-teams all game. This opened up the flats for Hightower. This isn't going to happen every week. And Hightower is going to need to do more than 15 yards on 8 carries to keep this job from Beanie Wells. The Cards have enough receiving. They need running.

Good WR4 pickup, but I wouldn't put him past that. Cowboys proved they have multiple targets and I don't him being consistent week-to-week -- lot of coverage breakdowns for Tampa

Riding my bench:
RBs: Cadillac, Jamal Lewis, W. Parker,
WRs: H. Ward, Ted Ginn, Breaston,
QB: McNabb (I'm probably going to start Hasselbeck this week)
But there are some option in the free agent pool:
James Davis, Mark Sanchez, D. Henderson, J. Gage, McGahee... What do ya think Snyder? Think I should make some moves?
